Section 5
Activities not to be done by international financial institutions
International financial institutions shall not do the following:-
(a) to purchase any kind of immovable property within Nepal ……….. or in any other way to keep in the name,
(b) to do any kind of international financial transaction with a person residing in Nepal,
(c) to buy shares or debentures of any company incorporated in Nepal according to prevailing laws,

(d) To open an account in a commercial bank located in Nepal ………….
However, with the approval of the Executive Committee, the Executive Committee may open an account in any commercial bank to the extent of the amount determined by the Executive Committee in order to carry out work related to its daily office administration. .
